Rachel is passionate about providing a safe and healing space for those who have endured trauma, abuse, and hardship. Her clinical work focuses on trauma, sexual and spiritual abuse, and the difficulties that often follow (i.e. anxiety, depression, OCD, relational issues). By integrating evidence-based models such as EMDR, ACT, IFS, Emotion-Focused, and Narrative therapies, Rachel helps clients move beyond symptom management toward deep healing and lasting change.

With a background as an educator, she has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families. She supports clients navigating life transitions, family conflict, identity development, and anxiety by integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based practice, mindfulness-based strategies, and play therapy to encourage insight, emotional expression, and growth.

With a background in the arts, he understands the power of story, vulnerability, and connection, and is passionate about offering that same openness to those he works with.
He is especially interested in supporting individuals navigating the intersections of faith, sexuality, and identity, and is drawn to clients who may feel caught between competing values or experiences. He is deeply committed to creating a nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore what matters most to them.
